- Drain hose correctly connected with no back-slope

Project KS u2014 things got complicated again. The contractor’s rep called with a situation. Things fell apart on the assumptions we were working from. There’s still a chance to recover, though.
Nothing goes smoothly! Working through it with the contractor’s rep.
Continuing the 1F kitchen renovation. The hose extension is done. Now connecting the extended flexible pipe to the sink’s drain hose under the sink.
I cut a hole in the sink’s drain hose with a cutter knife, and pushed the flexible pipe in. Just like that it has gaps everywhere u2014 water will leak and the hose will pull out. So I sealed it solid with silicone caulk.
