Hi, this is DIY Dad. ^ ^ Mama has started keeping a diary. Putting memories into a physical form is a wonderful thing. The New Toilet Set
I ordered the new toilet online u2014 a TOTO Pure Rest QR, standard type, the same model I removed at the start of this project. It arrived within two or three days. Surprisingly quick service.
I had temporarily moved the new toilet set aside to keep the work area clear while doing the floor and walls. Now I bring it back into position.

- Confirm the flange bolt pattern matches your new toilet before purchasing
- Tighten anchor bolts to hand-tight plus a quarter turn only u2014 overtightening cracks porcelain
- Apply silicone caulk (mould-resistant) around the base after setting
